Several of you have sent me emails asking if I was doing my "Friends" page this year for the Gala.  I had planned to, but got busy and it skipped my mind.  So, I am a bit late in sending this request, but WE can do "this". 

Thanks to your very generous support last year, the "Friends of Calvin Kearney" page covered the cost of the Gala Journal and the decorations.  So, I am again sponsoring The Friends of Calvin Kearney in the 2008 Gala Journal.  Friends are asked to support this effort by sending a contribution of at least $10.00--more if you desire.  As you are aware, the Gala is the major source of funds for the Chapter's Scholarship Program.  The greater the profit from the Gala, the more funds available for scholarships.  Your support will be greatly appreciated.

 Same as last year, all contributors will be listed on the "Friends of Calvin Kearney" page in the 2008 Gala Journal.  Our time is a little short, all contributions must be received by April 17th.  Make checks payable to:  DC Chapter-NCCU Alumni Association and mail to:
